Planria LLC (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) operates the Planria website, which provides the service (the “Platform”) and the Planria mobile application (the “App”).

- Plaid (“Open Banking Service”, “Financial Data Provider”) is a third-party service that we use to securely connect to your bank accounts and retrieve financial data such as account balances, transactions, and account information.
- Vercel Analytics (“Analytics Service”, “Analytics Provider”) is a third-party service that we use to analyze usage patterns and performance of our Platform.

a. Account Information
When you create an account on the Platform, we may collect the following information:given name and forenames, email address, phone number,password, which is encrypted and stored by our Authentication Provider.
b. Payment Information
When you make a payment on the Platform, we may collect the following information:payment method and payment amount, which is processed by our Payment Provider.
c. Billing Information
When you make a payment on the Platform, we may collect the following information:billing address, billing name, billing email address,billing phone number, which is processed by our Payment Provider.
d. Financial Information
When you connect your bank accounts through our Financial Data Provider, we may collect and process the following information: account balances, transaction history, account numbers, account types, bank institution details, account holder information, and other account metadata. This information is securely transmitted and stored to provide our financial management services.
e. Analytics Information
We may collect information about your use of the Platform, including: IP address,browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages,clicks, referrals, errors, and other usage data, which is analyzed by our Analytics Provider.
f. Location Information
We may collect information about your location, including: IP address,country, region, city, latitude, longitude, which is analyzed by our Analytics Provider.
g. Optional Information
Not all of the information above is required for you to use the Platform, nor is it used for any purpose other than to improve the Platform and your experience.
